Tenuta oldrini

THE COMPANY
The company is located in Vetulonia, a small village of Etruscan origin in the municipality of Castiglione della Pescaia.
A territory in which the olive growing vocation has roots that are lost in time.
The property of the company extends for 20 hectares, 10 of which approximately 2500 plants are dedicated to the cultivation of the main native olive cultivars.
(Oil mill “Correggiolo”, Moraiolo, pendolino and Leccino)
Some are centuries old while others are younger but in full production, grown in an optimal location to get the best from each variety, with an altitude of 100 meters c.a. s.l.m. and an exposure, mainly southern with clayey loam soils rich in skeleton.

OUR OIL
Unparalleled oil for quality, taste and color.
100% Tuscan obtained from carefully selected healthy olives directly from the plant, rigorously handpicked at the right stage of ripeness in order to obtain a great quality oil with very low acidity levels (less than 0.3).
The olives are cold pressed, within 4 hours of harvesting, so that the oil can maintain all its organoleptic properties unaltered over time.
It is naturally decanted in stainless steel tanks for food kept at a constant temperature and away from light according to CE standards.
It is free from defects and foreign odors.
Produced form olives of the best quality Frantoio, Leccino,Pendolino and Moraiolo si a full bodied oil with a spectacular green color and golden reflections, and a balanced and harmonic flavour: it is characterised by its fruity taste that denotes its origin and confirms its genuineness.
It is suitable for all types of gastronomies, both raw, as a condiment for salads, vegetables and soups, but also cooked to accompany fish or meat, or simply even on a slice of good bread.
Thus was born 2016 “L’olio Oldrini”, the first extra virgin olive oil of the company marketed in bottles, produced only and exclusively with olives form the olive grove of the same name.
The concepts of quality and organic are added to those of selection, interpretation and terroir.
